Rebecca is a passionate Wellness Educator
Rebecca is a graduate of Tulane University and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Her passion stems from her own health journey from battling an autoimmune disease and Lyme where she struggled to make it through the day; after seeing numerous specialists without results she spent over a year researching alternate and holistic therapies and under the care of a integrative physician and homeopath using holistic wellness principles she reversed her illnesses.
Rebecca takes this passion to her practice where she works one on one with clients to educate them on holistic approach to health including healthy eating and lifestyle changes to manage stress, lose weight and create a better quality of life.
In addition to coaching she teaches cooking classes with a focus on healthy, balanced and gluten free meals, she is a certified laughter yoga leader, educates on the use of essential oils, and is a sought after speaker at corporate events and for private and public groups. She is known for meeting her clients/groups at farmers markets and supermarkets where they learn how to select healthy food, read labels and become an informed shopper.
What makes Rebecca unique is the way she is able to make people feel good in their own bodies and change bad habits to positive ones.
Rebecca's coaching clients include people from all walks of life; from soccer moms, CEO’s, media personalities and NFL Cheerleaders. Many of her clients are referred to her by physicians, chiropractors and past clients.
